Availability
Payment: A 25% deposit is paid when booking to secure the accommodation. The remaining 75% is due no later than 14 days before the rental period begins.
Cancellation: If you cancel, the deposit is retained. For cancellations later than 14 days before the rental period begins, the full rent is charged.
