How much does it cost to rent your accommodation in Lofsdalen?
The weekly rate varies by season and week. Mountain cabin H22 (sleeps 8) costs SEK 5,900–17,900 per week and townhouse Renen (sleeps 6) SEK 4,900–11,900 per week. A mandatory departure cleaning fee applies: SEK 1,000 for H22 and SEK 900 for Renen. Current weekly rates are listed on our booking page.

How many beds and bedrooms are there?
Mountain cabin H22 has four bedrooms sleeping 8 in total: two bedrooms with a large double bed and two bedrooms with a bunk bed (two single beds in each). Townhouse Renen has three bedrooms sleeping 6 in total: two bedrooms with a large double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed.
How far is it to the ski slopes and cross-country trails?
Cabin H22 sits on the Hovärken mountain, about a 5-minute drive from the ski resort and 1 km from the cross-country trails at the Hovärken trail centre — ski in/ski out is possible with some double poling. Townhouse Renen is right next to the ski slopes and cross-country trails, just a stone’s throw from the Lofsdalen mountain hotel.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately we cannot accept pets in either accommodation due to allergies in the family.
Is bed linen included?
Duvets and pillows are included, but bed linen is not. Bring your own or rent a linen set from Lofsdalens Hustillsyn — SEK 200 per bed for sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase plus one large and one small towel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4 pm and check-out by 10 am. The changeover day is Sunday unless otherwise agreed.
How does payment work?
When booking, a 25% deposit secures the accommodation. The remaining 75% is due no later than 14 days before the rental period begins.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel, the deposit is retained. For cancellations later than 14 days before the rental period begins, the full rent is charged.
Is there Wi-Fi and TV?
Yes, both accommodations have Wi-Fi and a smart TV. H22 also has Google Chromecast.
Can I rent for shorter periods than a week?
Several weeks can be rented as short stays on request — short-stay rates are shown on the booking page. State your preferred period in the booking inquiry and we will get back to you.
Can I buy firewood for the cabin?
Yes, for H22 (which has an open fireplace) you can order firewood at SEK 175 per sack directly in the booking form.
What is there to do in Lofsdalen?
In winter there are 122 km of well-groomed cross-country trails and an alpine resort with 25 slopes, great off-piste opportunities and one of Sweden’s steepest pistes, Rännan, with a 42-degree gradient. In summer, hike above the tree line, fish for trout in lake Lofssjön, rent a boat, canoe or SUP, or ride MTB and downhill in Lofsdalen Bike Park.
How do I get to Lofsdalen?
Lofsdalen is located in southern Härjedalen in Sweden, about 500 km from Stockholm. You can get here by car, bus, train or plane.
